Adam took the time to listen & provide assistance with my personal situation in helping me to find the right vehicle. Although I have been a Porsche owner for many years and the cars really sell themselves, it is an added pleasure to deal with professional staff who make you feel welcomed and don't push the hard sell. I have always bought my cars from the dealership located in Scottsdale - at one time the only dealership in town and definitely the closest one to my home in Cave Creek. The service received in the past from them pales in comparison to what I experienced at Porsche Chandler. The trade-in valuation and purchase price were both fair and reasonable. It takes longer to get there from my house but is definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adam for your future Porsche needs. They have certainly won my business. More

Aaron kept me informed of the progress of the new car build and delivery and made sure the right people were involved at the right time. Adam spent 3.5 hours that first day getting to know what I was looking for and going through the Porsche build-out options list on the web. At all times there was no pressure, even when I said I had to leave there was no "give me a contact phone" or "can we make a deal today." When I called back two days later Adam made himself available for whatever time I was going to come back into the dealership. Negotiating the finance and trade-in with Adam and Aaron was easy and exactly what I expected from the previous conversations: no surprises. No super-sales effort on the last things typically negotiated (window tint, paint/interior protection, etc.), just an explanation of what was available and an opinion of the value it provided. Rene ran me through the paperwork while Adam patiently waited, then delivered the car and showed me how all the buttons worked. I even got to meet Richard the owner. Overall a great experience and a great car. I recommend this dealership to anyone for a terrific buying experience. More

Honest, Knowledgeable and Easy to Work With I contacted this dealership with no intention of buying a vehicle from them. They had a preowned Audi S4 in stock and I was interested in driving it b I contacted this dealership with no intention of buying a vehicle from them. They had a preowned Audi S4 in stock and I was interested in driving it but was thinking I was going to order a new Audi S3 from Audi Chandler instead. I worked with Adam Frank and even though he knew I was just looking to test an S4 to rule it out he treated me as a VIP customer. I ended up falling in love with the S4 and bought it. The whole process was easy and hassle free, they even let me use one of their private offices to call in to a teleconference while I was at the dealership one day. I met the owner and several other members of the staff and everyone was great. I had recently been to both Mercedes and BMW dealerships in the valley where no one even spoke to me. Porsche Chandler is great, the facility is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is top notch. More
