We have had our car serviced at the dealer since we bought it and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Real slow not real concerned about customers time. Last oil change asked to have tires rotated bought it and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Real slow not real concerned about customers time. Would not have my car serviced here except for the fact that i can walk to my office. 2 days to change a battery! Give me a break. Walked over there in the dark because the service department said they wou that i can walk to my office. 2 days to change a battery! Give me a break. Walked over there in the dark because the service department said they would have the car ready and call me at 5:30. They never called so i started walking. They then called me at 10 minutes to 6 pm and said they needed a part. The part was a battery...............they don't have them in stock. Really More

I really can’t write too much about the dealership, this was my first time having my car in there for service. The problem that I had is Still there. I hope the next time I bring my car in for service , oil was my first time having my car in there for service. The problem that I had is Still there.
