I had an automated reply to my last review. It said it was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. So I called, told the person who answered my nam was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. She asked what department I was calling about, I told her and she said she would transfer me to them. I told her I don't want to talk to the service manager, she said they would find the Director for me. After 4 rings, I got the voice mail for the advisor I worked with, I did not leave a message because he cannot help me. If they want to refund the $100 paid that I do not feel I should have had to pay, they know who I am and they have my phone number. I am done. More
