Quebedeaux is a really great dealership. I have bought my last two vehicles from Quebedeaux and from the same salesman. Tommy my service writer took great care of my customer experience. Arrived at 7:30am and the service department was extremely busy with many customers arriving earlier than 7:30am. With the heavy cust experience. Arrived at 7:30am and the service department was extremely busy with many customers arriving earlier than 7:30am. With the heavy customer traffic the service team kept the customer flow of vehicles moving quickly. My Silverado was due for normal oil change and tire rotation. Needed both transfer cases normal maintenance that Tommy brought to my attention. My truck was ready to leave Quebedauex at 10am. Awesome customer experience. Thank you Tommy and Quebedauex. PS Adam Hemsley took a minute to say hello to me by name. He has been my service writer since I purchased my truck from Quebedauex in 2013. More
