Trouble with Universal garage opener I could not get my new Acadia to accept the universal garage door opener programing from the garage door remote. Adam showed me a vidio on the procedu I could not get my new Acadia to accept the universal garage door opener programing from the garage door remote. Adam showed me a vidio on the procedure, but I told him that I had tried all these options and that it did not work. He sent me home without resolution. I later called the manufacturer, HomeLink and they said that there was a service bulletin for replacement of the universal module in the vehicle. I called the service department and they said that they were unaware of the bulletin. I scheduled the replacement, but when I arrived for service replacement, I was told that they were unaware of the bulletin and did not have the part. More

Adam was courteous, fast and very concentrated on my issue My rep was very professional. He kept in touch as soon as they I'D my car's problem advised me of cost and explained all of it. I was to wait till the next day when part arrived. He called me 4 hours later to tell me my car was ready because the supplier was sending a load that day and sent mine. Its been a great experience.
