Brought a new car They are really nice and helpful but it comes to the service center they just want to take ur money . Great customer service which include detailed explanations I usually see Adam Hensley for my appointments. He always welcomes me and he knows I want detailed explanations for work that will be done on my car I usually see Adam Hensley for my appointments. He always welcomes me and he knows I want detailed explanations for work that will be done on my car today and what I can expect in regards to future needs. I casually mentioned to him today that I had just come from Discount Tires and replaced the tires on my Verano. He than said to me was I not aware that I could have my tire needs taken care of there? I was not aware that I could get tires there. He then requested my receipt for my new tires and proceeded to give me a quote for tires for the Verano so that I could see that they were virtually the same. I then mentioned that I was going into Discount Tires tomorrow for new tires for my Nissan Frontier. He then proceeded to give me a quote for the tires that I am planning on getting and then 2 more quotes for different tires that he thought would be good choices for my Nissan. Treats everyone well As a teen, my grandfather and uncle ran a car repair shop. I always like going there with my car because I knew they had my best interest at heart. They’d give me a fair deal, and not push any unnecessary services on me. I knew that I could trust what they’d said. Quebedeux reminds of those days. I’m always treated well, and my cars always receive the care they need. Adam Hensley always greets me with a smile, and makes sure my vehicle gets what it needs. I bought a car from another dealer, and instantly regretted it. Luckily, I was able transfer my service to Quebedeax. The difference in experience was night and day. Buy a car from them, or start bringing yours for service. You won’t regret it! More
