Emergency problem with cooling system We are winter residents in Tucson and have dealt with Quebedeau for at least 15 years. We met Adam Hensley on one of our initial needs for service. We encountered a heating problem late Friday evening. Monday morning we arrived at 8:15 a.m. without an appointment. We waited for Adam while he finished working with another customer. When he became available, he treated us with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. As usual he had the problem analyzed by service and advised us with his recommendations. Over the years we have found him to be personable, honest and highly professional and we have always relied on his judgement. He even took the extra step of checking our extended warranty which covered much of the cost. Your service department completed the work in an expeditious manner and we were able to recover our vehicle this same evening. Mr. Hensley's professional representation of your company has been the major reason we have relied on Quebideau to service our Chevrolet as well as our Buick over the years. More

Easy to work with, friendly We were in and out. Didn't spend all day buying a car like past dealerships. Got right too bottom line. Detailing of the car was not as good as it co We were in and out. Still a lot of sticker gum on window and interior vinyl. We will have to come back because trim pieces were not put back on properly after painting. All in all, nice car do far and very comfortable transaction. More
