Worked with Adam Kaper I got my last Honda CRV from Piazza when they were in Drexel Hill, 14 years ago. I have to say I have loved that car......but this is the 3rd year th I got my last Honda CRV from Piazza when they were in Drexel Hill, 14 years ago. I have to say I have loved that car......but this is the 3rd year that it has not had working air conditioning so I finally decided enough is enough. I came back to Piazza because I have a comfort level with the organization. I had my Honda serviced there for years and have always felt that I have gotten good care. When I walked in yesterday, my intention was pretty much that i would be walking out with something "new to me." Adam worked with me and after asking what I was looking for presented some options. I settled on a car that met most of my parameters and we proceeded to take it for a test drive. I liked it. Adam was very easy to work with....knowledgeable, personable, good sense of humor, patient, etc. Able to easily carry on a conversation. No hard sell, here but got the job done. Very helpful with questions about the car and very helpful in getting my phone set up and more than willing to answer any other questions, whenever. Said he was reachable by phone most any time . Very detail oriented....took his time. All in all a very good experience. Would gladly recommend him to any friends that I may have who are looking for a vehicle. Sada (sp) was also very helpful from the finance end. Explained everything very well, and kept the process going smoothly. More

Lease After Total After my car got totaled in a recent accident, my wife and I started the long and frustrating journey to purchase a new vehicle. This sounds cliche, b After my car got totaled in a recent accident, my wife and I started the long and frustrating journey to purchase a new vehicle. This sounds cliche, but we dealt with some fairly unsavory salespeople who were attempting to up-sale and get us out of our budget at other dealerships. By the time we got to Piazza Honda of Springfield, we had dealt with possibly the worst and pushiest salesperson I had ever encountered at a local Nissan dealer, so we were on edge, drained, and a little more than fed up with the whole process. That being said, I cannot say enough about Adam Kaper. Adam is very down to earth, not playing the typical car salesmen role of making you feel uncomfortable or as though you are being sold something you had no interest in. He suffered through endless questions we had, as this was our first lease and Honda. He showed us multiple cars and actually gave us real numbers to take home and mull over (something that very few other salespeople had done or were reluctant to do). Adam even came in on his day off to assist us with the whole process, suffering even more questions. He was able to get the car we wanted within our budget with no games and a wonderful personality. I highly recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield, but even more so, seek out Adam Kaper! More
