Couldn’t get any easier Listen. This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Adam was very easy going and knowledgeable with his products. Felt Listen. The finance department didn’t push extra warranties that wasn’t needed. Just the basics that I did want. This was amazing. Excellent Customer service! Adam Kaper, met us coming into the dealership and guided us through all the steps of purchasing a Honda. We had visited all the dealerships in the a Adam Kaper, met us coming into the dealership and guided us through all the steps of purchasing a Honda. We had visited all the dealerships in the area that sold Hondas, Toyotas, and Hundais.. None of the employees were as friendly and HELPFUL as Adam. He really knew the cars and listened to what we wanted and helped us from there. When we purchased the car, we dealt with Damian Capacchione who was so prepared and ready with the necessary papers for us to sign while explaining all of them and answering our questions. Also, Adam called us several times to check on how we were doing with our new vehicle and answered our questions... I would not hesitate to go back again to purchase a vehicle. THANKS TO PIAZZA HONDA OF SPRINGFIELD! More
