2012 Ford Raptor purchase- Horrible Expierence wanted to share by far the most frustrating car buying experience I have had in my 40years. There isn't enough space here to put down all the details but this should of been the easiest sale of the year. The customer service and response from Kim in the finance dept was awful, no call backs, bad responses when I did reach her. They could not accommodate a meeting before there team meeting, even though I was traveling 2hrs, at 9am. They couldnt FedEx me the documents that I needed to complete the sale to save me a needless trip. If you don't have the ability to complete transactions in an online sales environment please do not advertise online. Out of state customers and online vehicle purchasers beware, don't waist your time with companies that do not put the customers first. There are way to many other great dealers out there. More

I’m editing this review for the third time I had great experience working with a salesman Dave Bertulli. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable man. He was prompt and not pushy, which I I had great experience working with a salesman Dave Bertulli. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable man. He was prompt and not pushy, which I highly appreciate. I had been upset when I figured, that my financing includs pricy service agreement, but dealership responded to my review, contacted me and successfully cancelled it. Overall good experience. I hope all dealerships will be as reasonable as this guys. Good luck! More

First Time Customer I had to give five stars because of the experience I had with both the salesman and the finance man. Dave Bertulli knew exactly what was on the lot an I had to give five stars because of the experience I had with both the salesman and the finance man. Dave Bertulli knew exactly what was on the lot and was able to talk with me at length about what I was looking for, without pushing me in a direction I didn't want to go in. As a young woman, I was nervous heading into a dealership by myself. He worked with my situation, which included a vehicle with high mileage- to get me into a new car at a low price. There was some haggling but it was light and he was very kind. I gave Dave 4 stars!! The 5th star is for Mike the finance guy. When it came down to financing, Mike Docouto came in for the win!! We spend a good amount of time together. We laughed and he worked HARD to make this deal everything I wanted and more. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of this experience, and love my new Ford Focus. I have been referring everyone here, and my coworker actually ended up buying the same car as me already. Thanks for everything guys! More

I have been going there for the past 8 years and have had the pleasure of doing business with Dave Bertulli as my salesperson. Dave is extremely knowledgeable with the inventory and listens carefully to what the customer is looking for and then makes his recommendations. Over the past 8 years I have purchased 2 used cars and one new one. The prices were fair and the cars have been reliable. I have also been extremely pleased with the Service Department. More

This is also the second time I'm buying a Mustang from Dave at Imperial Ford. When it came to the finance part of the deal, Kim Jacques for the second time, worked wonders for me. They both made the process great and always explain and break everything down for you. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to Dave Bertulli or any of the other friendly sales staff. Not to mention the great Miss Mendon diner, that is there on the dealership lot. Ford guy More

Even getting book so I can read up on the 2012 ford focus so I know what all the gadgets are. Did not feel pressured in to buying the car at all. Would not hesitate to buy another car from Dave. Superb Deal for sure! Well, this was quite an experience for sure...I haven't new car shopped in ages, so I wasn't sure how well I'd make out at all (I had a price limit Well, this was quite an experience for sure...I haven't new car shopped in ages, so I wasn't sure how well I'd make out at all (I had a price limit that I could spend but of course I wanted the very best deal I could get for said price as well). I had spotted this particular car on Imperial Ford's website (2016 Ford Fiesta in "Electric Spice" color) and fell in love with same, but wasn't sure if we could make the "figures work". But between myself, my oldest brother and sister in law, and the sales person we worked hard and made a deal and have been pleased as hell ever since. I brought the car in for one minor problem (bad coolant temp sensor causing the "Service Engine Soon" light to come on), which was easily handled by the dealership. So far so good, really enjoying the new wheels! More
