We were treated with respect and Adam was very knowledgeable and courteous. We liked him and he was great to work with. The problem came when we were there for a total of 5 hours as there was only knowledgeable and courteous. We liked him and he was great to work with. The problem came when we were there for a total of 5 hours as there was only one person who could do the finance paperwork. While we were test driving some-one else was slipped in ahead of us. We kept saying we needed t leave, we were having people for dinner. We were very late and frustrated. 5 hours is in my opinion ridiculous, therefore, the OnStar, etc was not installed due to our need to go, not Adam’s fault at all. More
