Alex and Adam were helpful and low key about matching a vehicle to our needs. Alex worked to help us with the financing piece on a holiday weekend which was a long and tedious process. Not responsive after the sale. Took over a month to recieve new plates they the dealership did not send the paperwork into the registration office untik I called numerous times. My Took over a month to recieve new plates they the dealership did not send the paperwork into the registration office untik I called numerous times. My temporary plates were only valid for a short time. Purcahsed a Chevy Bolt with less than 12000 miles. Started having a weird jolt/lagg problem less than 2 weeks after the purchase. Dealership could not find a problem so told me to keep driving the car. Car had to be towed into the dealership after it left me stranded on the side of the highway. They say it is a moto sensor. A week later and still not car. I have called this dealership numerous times and have spoken with different sales managers. They do not return calls or follow up. When I called and talked to Adam regarding the license plates he acted like he didn't know who I was. I understand I purcahsed a used vehicle but I did not expect it to completely breakdown within 2 months of the purcahse. More
