Fussy math during negotiation. Somewhat insulting. Returned the car for service as the door passenger side door panel molding was in not reinstalled. It was completely detached Somewhat insulting. Returned the car for service as the door passenger side door panel molding was in not reinstalled. It was completely detached from the top. Upon returning your service personal put the molding back, but did not affix the door panel properly, rendering a gap between the window and the door panel. I feel like I purchased a used car, when I fact I purchased a new Hyundai. Buy the way, the 2021 Elantra I traded in was in perfect condition. No flaws anywhere, mechanically perfect. I will not return, even for free 4 services, (oil change). More

The longer I’m having to work with them the more dissatisfied I’m becoming… I bought a used car that I’m very excited about, however the process of getting this car has not been ideal. I’ve worked with many different staff members, some much better than others. Overall communication is not good. I asked many questions and was frequently met with “I don’t know” and then people would not take the initiative to find the answer to my questions. During the negotiating process, we were not informed how the price got lowered to what we agreed upon, so I went into the buying process assuming I still had the vip warranty we were initially told we’d have. After asking for probably the 8th time I found out after signing papers that they had removed that warranty. They have since corrected this, however my trust could not be regained after that. I am waiting on my vehicle to be serviced before I can safely drive it off the lot, however there does not seem to be much communication between the salespeople and the service department. Getting answers from employees is still proving difficult and I am growing more frustrated having to wait on a car I’ve already paid them for. More

Every single employee we dealt with in our new car purchase was so kind and helpful. We had been to a different dealer the day before and had a not so good experience so it was nice to feel welcome an purchase was so kind and helpful. Will not help back of the vehicles they sell when there are issues. Service can't figure out why I am getting lower gas mileage than a gas engine when have a HYBRID! I'm not going away!
