My biggest fear is not assisting someone who needs my help. As salespeople we solve problems. Problems cause pain. Salespeople are pain relievers. No one wants to be in pain. People pay big money to doctors, in order to make pain go away. I Don't think of it as "closing" someone. I think of it as putting an end to my prospect's pain.
