Henry Lomax my first sales rep. was informative & very helpful without being pushy allowing me to make up my own mind at my own pace. Henry allowed me to drive several of the models before I arrived at a the model I wanted. Finalizing trade in, incentives and net price for my selected vehicle was provided by Ken Keith, Sales Mgr. in an efficient, informative manner with no pressure. Upon acceptance I was introduced to Adam Quint another sales rep. which was more familiar with the vehicle I selected and took time to familiarize myself and wife with the vehicle. Adam offered his services any time in the future - phone or visit. I was then introduced to Christiaan Beavers, Finance Mgr. to close and finalize closing documents which was accomplished smoothly, quickly and informative. The above process reflects the complete, unselfish attitude of the NorthTowne employees to support their customers and make the NorthTowne Hyundai team a professional team that deserves the Excellent rating given.
