I called dozens of dealerships all down the East coast trying to find the vehicle I was looking for and due to the National Shortage all of them had little to no inventory and were charging outrageous "Ma trying to find the vehicle I was looking for and due to the National Shortage all of them had little to no inventory and were charging outrageous "Market Adjustment Fees" and Dealer fees. From the moment I spoke to Adam Revak he was so honest & professional and even though it was hard to believe, he was able to get the car for me and allowed me to put down deposit and pick up the following week. I even showed the deal to a few other dealers and they told me that if it was TRUE, I should take it because it was a great deal. All during the Thanksgiving holiday he texted updates several times and then called me while he was on vacation to let me know that my car had arrived several days early which he knew was REALLY important to me. He had his associate Tony take care of getting the car and paperwork ready and he was really nice too. The Finance guy, Mike was also really easy to work with and never did the typical "bait and switch" type of stuff that most dealerships play. Every single step was honest and transparent and I got exactly what I was promised and what I expected only they were able to get me an even better interest rate than I dreamed. 100% the best car buying experience I've ever had and I only hope that Adam gets a large portion of the credit for this sale as he went above and beyond and then couldn't be there when I actually picked it up. I will drive 2 hours again GLADLY to buy here! More
