Originally leased a truck in 2023. Apparently GM doesn’t allow you to get out of the lease if you are trying to get another brand. Never told that by sales team. Ended up having to buy Apparently GM doesn’t allow you to get out of the lease if you are trying to get another brand. Never told that by sales team. Ended up having to buyout the lease. Found out they screwed me when I originally leased it by the tune of $10k+. Of course when I did the buyout they just had to screw me again which put me almost $20k in negative equity. I WAS a good customer, probably would have purchased my next vehicle with them and always used their service for needed services. Not any more. They are the stereotypical car salespeople that try to grab every last cent from you with questionable tactics. More
