Hands down best car buying experience we’ve ever had! From the initial contact setting up a test drive with Adolfo (best sales guy ever), to negotiating the deal and terms, to picking up the car! Adolfo went above and beyond literally every step thru this process. He was happy to text me instead of calling because that was easier to work with because of my job. He had the vehicle keys ready and let me take my time in the test drive. He explained the breakdown of the deal and was very reasonable in negotiating out something mutually beneficial. Then the finance gentleman, Rance, was also amazing. NO PRESSURE FROM ANYONE!!! They want to sell a great car at a great price. They want to keep a great reputation and repeat business and they have both from me! The icing on the cake was that even tho this wasn’t a new car we bought, Adolfo had it cleaned up and in the showroom with a red bow on it for my wife! This car was for her and Adolfo and the Grubbs family made this experience truly world class. I will always come back here for every car I look to buy. Adolfo was amazing! ! He really tried to get us the best deal. We could not come to a deal the first time around, but he called the very next day because he didn't give u ! Granted, it was more than I wanted to pay monthly and I had to put some money down, which was not in my plans, but that is not their fault, it's our economy! I highly recommend Adolfo.
