Great service Stopped by Grubbs Infiniti for my QX80 service Engine sign showed on display.so I had to leave my vehicle with service Dept As a courtesy I was p Stopped by Grubbs Infiniti for my QX80 service Engine sign showed on display.so I had to leave my vehicle with service Dept As a courtesy I was provided a loaner car which is great.. on my half a way home Ashley Zuniga called Me saying her clipboard in loaner car and I need to return it to her immediately. I think it was very unprofessional. Because I am not Responsible for her carelessness. More

Great experience! I reached out to Grubbs regarding a car for my son. Within minutes, Adolfo returned my email with the information I requested. Because I was coming I reached out to Grubbs regarding a car for my son. Within minutes, Adolfo returned my email with the information I requested. Because I was coming from Houston, I wanted to be sure that the car was in as good of shape as it looked online before taking a 4 hour drive! Minutes after requesting more information, Adolfo sent me a video on YouTube so I could see the car via video! Because of the attentiveness of Adolfo and his team, we decided to make the trip to Dallas! Adolfo took excellent care of us and the car was just as nice in person as it was online! I will definitely go back to their beautiful dealership again. All cars were extremely clean, the rugs were lined with protective plastic after they were cleaned.. I’ve been to many dealerships searching for a car and this dealership represented their vehicles with class as well as they treated us with complete respect! A few hours later we were on our way back home with our new car!! Thanks so much Adolfo!! More

Great Car Buying Experience I first met Adolfo when I visited the dealership just to get an idea of what I wanted to buy. He made such an impression on me that I told him that I I first met Adolfo when I visited the dealership just to get an idea of what I wanted to buy. He made such an impression on me that I told him that I would be back in a month to purchase a vehicle from him. I do not like the car buying process at all but Adolfo made it painless and funny!
