Hello, I wanted to express my negative experience with Honda of Manhasset. I went in there comparing offers for a CRV and had interest in buying, however upon arrival, they took a proof of payment (credit Honda of Manhasset. I went in there comparing offers for a CRV and had interest in buying, however upon arrival, they took a proof of payment (credit card), which is fine, but the issue was they refused to give it back after me repeatedly asking for my proof of payment back and saying I didn't want to purchase anymore and just wanted to leave. The initial sales rep was nice but once the manager came, he was very aggressiveand continually refused to give me my card back. He kept me there like a prisoner continually presenting me with offers after offers with me saying no and wanting my card back. Finally, at the end, he presented his final offers, I say no and he just threw my card back at me very rudely and left like I wasted his time. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend. More
