Adrian A. (service advisor) is kind, courteous, and goes above and beyond expectations. At one visit it was raining when my vehicle was ready. Horrible experience. I called up there and I was constantly being put on hold and transferred to different people with no answers about my car when it was getting service I called up there and I was constantly being put on hold and transferred to different people with no answers about my car when it was getting serviced. It wasn’t until I went back to the dealership until I was able to speak to someone about my car and even then no one knew what was going on with my car. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes before anyone could figure out where my car was and where the paperwork for my car was. They wasted my time and had my car for a whole day and a half which was not needed and even caused me to miss out on work. Luckily there was someone who had saw me waiting and helped me out and was kind enough to see what was going on with me and he ended up waiving the diagnostic fee they were about to charge me so thank you to him.
