I love the location of this service center. I went through a lot of changes in service advisors. Damarcus had great customer service, but then he moved on to a different service center. I did n I went through a lot of changes in service advisors. Damarcus had great customer service, but then he moved on to a different service center. I did not receive great communication from Adrian, and I had to connect with another advisor. China always communicated as much as possible. She was very helpful and the calm in the chaos happening with my vehicle. She consistently maintained a positive tone even when the conversation became hard, and she did not have the right words to say. I understood that a lot of things were out of her control. Alexandra was very personable and encouraging as well when helping with getting in and out of a rentals. More

I had my oil change done on my Honda Accord and received top service. Adrian went above and beyond and had a friendly attitude made the time there worth the wait plus I got a complimentary carwash and ther top service.
