After an unpleasant vehicle purchase at my local Ford dealership, we drove nearly 50 miles to Galpin Ford to work with Adrian, and I'm so glad we did. Although Adrian is in Commercial Sales, he helped us find the perfect used F-150 for our son. I simply provided him with the truck specifications, mileage, and price range we were looking for, and he did all the searching. The entire process was handled through email, phone, and text, so there was no need for multiple trips. Adrian sent videos, photos, and vehicle information until we found the perfect match. Most of the paperwork was completed in advance, and when we arrived, we finished the purchase in less than two hours. What impressed me most was Adrian’s dedication. Our test drive fell on his day off, but he arranged for his colleagues and the general manager to assist us. He even called on his day off to make sure everything was going smoothly with the test drive and to answer any questions. Adrian was professional, trustworthy, and respectful. As a woman purchasing a vehicle, I especially appreciated that he respected my knowledge of automobiles and treated me as an informed buyer throughout the process. I’ve been a Galpin customer since 2005 and have worked with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showe with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showed me the financial benefits of leasing a new vehicle. He went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my needs and within a couple of hours I had traded in my lease and was driving away in my new Ford Explorer. I have been prepping for my lease end for several months and have been working Adrian the whole time.
