My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Adrian, and from our very first conversation, he took the time to truly listen to what we were looking for in a new Ford Explorer. He asked thoughtful questions about the features and options that were important to us, which ultimately led us to explore the S-Line model. Once we saw everything the Explorer had to offer, the only decision left was choosing the color. Throughout the process, Adrian understood that we were also considering other makes, models, and even another Ford dealership. He respected that and worked hard to earn our trust without any pressure, which ultimately led us to purchase our new 2026 Ford Explorer from Galpin Ford. We also had the opportunity to work with his colleague, Jeff Llacuna, who provided us with a great test drive experience and assisted us with some pricing and numbers. Adrian was very courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate everything he did to help make our decision easier and more comfortable. I’ve been a Galpin customer since 2005 and have worked with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showe with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showed me the financial benefits of leasing a new vehicle. He went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my needs and within a couple of hours I had traded in my lease and was driving away in my new Ford Explorer. I have been prepping for my lease end for several months and have been working Adrian the whole time.
