I had my tires rotated at Costco and they stripped one of the lug nuts and broke off another one. I got two other quotes at tire shops to replace them which were around $200. When they were inspecting it, they noticed another one was stripped and replaced that one for me also and only charged for parts. Everyone from check-in to check out to the woman in the lounge were extremely kind. They walked around with a basket filled with waters and snacks, and were all very polite. Overall, my experience was smooth and enjoyable. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to sign the paperwork, but I understand that sometimes dealerships have busy days.
