Sales Dept great! Sales were told about vibration at 70mph. I told them I would wait for my first service. Nothing good to say about service dept. they were told about the shimmy, 5+hrs for and did not balance tires. I had to take it back the next day for another 5 hrs and was charged for this. I questioned this and was told all they do is oil change and tire rotation. THIS IS NOT SERVICE MAINTENANCE!!! All maintenance recommended by manufacture should be done. Rotation of tires that are not balanced is ineffective and may result in further damage to vehicle, accidents, or even death. I asked for a refund on the service plan and was told to go main building. Then was sent back to service dept who then said they could not do anything because the manager was not there. I still have not been contacted. I was also told that there is a recall on the clutch. I was told parts were not available when I asked for an appointment. No indication that when the parts would be in or that I would be notified. Service: begins before and continues during and after the service has been performed. I am very disappointed and feel that the word Service should be removed from the Departments name. More
