I made an appointment at Bayside Ford, King George, VA to determine if they would be willing to match an estimate to reattach a few inside panels on my 2023 Explorer. The panels had been removed by another dealership. About an hour into the visit the Technician (Brandon) asked my wife and I to look at the car. He had replaced the panels I asked about, and fixed an issue with another panel he noticed, and fixed one of the overhead lights. My wife and I expected to make an appointment to return, Brandon saved us time and made our day. We are thrilled with the service and would recommend Bayside because of this experience! More
