Recently went there to take a look at a pre owned Range Rover. Made an appt with Agnes, she was nice ,very friendly and responsive over e-mails. After some negotiations I got the deal that I wanted , They also found me a very favorable loan, and warranty options, what made me more happy. And I ended up with a nice Range Rover.. I bought a used 2015 Audi RS7 from this dealership on-line from Texas. I Iinitially spoke with Sebastian Wrobel about the car who told me that it was In ^excellent" condition; no problems. When the ca on-line from Texas. I Iinitially spoke with Sebastian Wrobel about the car who told me that it was In ^excellent" condition; no problems. When the car was delivered to me via closed transport it had a BULLET hole and damage in the rear carbon fiber diffuser and rear bumper that had obviously been there for quite a long time. The dealership failed to disclose the damaged rear diffuser on the car after I had a PPI done on the car at my expense from an Audi dealership there in Chicago that THEY recommended. The diffuser is completely ruined and needs to be replaced,, a $7,600 repair. I reached out to Agnes Romanowska my salesperson, with no success. I reached out to Don Smith, the used car sales manager who told me that the Audi dealership that did the PPI are the one's responsible, not them. What is interesting is that AFTER the PPI the inspecting mechanic at Audi discovered that all 4 brakes and rotors needed to be replaced.on the car. Audi CLAIMS that when they did their inspection that the bullet hole and other damage was not there, otherwise they would have noted it. I think Napleton PAID THEM to turn a blind eye to that particular damage; the reason being, it's an expensive repair, and definitely would have affected my decision to purchase the car or the price I was willing to pay for it. Audi allegedly took photographs of the car prior to the PPI. However, the photographs didn't download they say, and were "lost". Napleton Aston Martin Maserati told me they would replace the brakes which they did prior to the sale. Interestingly, the brakes are 3-4 thousand dollars cheaper to repair than the diffuser. Napleton Aston Martin Maserati sent me photos of the car up on the rack as the brakes were being done. The diffuser was at eye-level for that repair which meant that they HAD to have seen the bullet hole and damage. They just let it ride without disclosing it to me. I finally reached out to Perry Galeck, the manager of the dealership, but he just ignored me. Once these crooks have your money that's it. They also try the hard sale of the EXTENDED WARRANTY courtesy of Dora Recendiz which further causes anxiety. Definitely don't buy anything from them if you're out of state. Run don't walk away from this dealership. Stay away. More
