We had been searching for a truck and had gone to many dealers and talked price. Imperial was the most straight forward with us. No games. They worked very hard to find us the vehicle we wanted without a lot of extras that we didn't want and gave us the best price around. The salesman (Scott Bregnard) made sure we were comfortable with everything before signing and before leaving the lot with our new vehicle. The sales manager Bruce D'Ambra was outstanding as well. He made sure we were happy with everything. At the end of the day price was most important and that is what we got, the best price out there. We had been to dealers all over eastern MA…so glad we came here. Will NEVER go anywhere else but Imperial Chevrolet! Thank you Bruce and Scott! More

As a new customer the salesman (Tim Donahue) went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle and price for my budget. I was treated with respect and everything was explained so well for me. He took the stress out of that initial car buying experience. So when it was time to upgrade to a great family vehicle, only one name came to mind. With this 2nd purchase, Tim and Moe were very helpful and found us the perfect vehicle. I went there figuring I would get another used car but with their expertise I ended up leaving that same day with a BRAND NEW SUV. My very first new car and I absolutely LOVE it! The team at Imperial was great thru the whole experience. I first looked on True Car, and Imperial was the first to respond with an offer. When I went to the dealership I met salesperson; John Earl. John showed me the Spark that I had shown interest in, and I took it for a test drive. That was it, exactly what I was looking for. No fancy bells and whistles. Now the best part was John did not try to push me into more car than I was looking for. He explained all features that came with the car and walked me thru the rest of the transition. You can forget the stereotypical car salesman and go see John Earl. by the way the Spark is Grape Ice. More

Scott B. was very helpful and walked me throuh several options for my needs. Scott acknowledged right away that I would not be buying a car that day and still spent a good amount of time answerig my questions. He even asked that I not buy a car until I bring in the car seats to try them out. I didnt get around to do this for several months, but when I did Scott remembered my name and what we had discussed. He spent several hours helping me reconfigure the seats and do test drives, when it came time to talk numbers Scott and the sales managers were very helpful working through the trade and there was no "let me run this past my manager", all in all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had., I will recommend Scott and the rest of the team to anyone. More
