Mike was so helpful that I promised him that I would ask for him when I returned to purchase another car. Last week, my husband and I stopped to purchase either a Chevy Equinox or Chevy Traverse and asked for Mike. He greeted us warmly and took us out on the lot to explain the differences in both vehicles. He then recommended a Traverse that was on the lot. We took a test drive and purchased it. As usual, Mike was very helpful in all aspects of our sale. His friendliness and sense of humor made the sale all the more comforatble. He even took my husband's truck to the garage to check on a tire and had it repaired while we were going over paperwork on the new car. When we picked up the Traverse, Mike went over all of the "buttons" for me, even recommending certain settings that would be most comfortable. He assured me that I could call on him at any time if I had questions. I know that I can do that because he was available and patient with me in answering questions when I would call him with our last sale. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car at Imperial and plan to ask for Mike Ghalbouni! More

He is an extremely friendly personable salesman that does what it takes to make his customer happy. When my truck had a small ding coming off the lot, both Bruce and Mike made sure it got fixed until I was 100% completely satisfied. Bruce D’Ambra and Mike Ghalbouni both went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. When it came to financing the truck Ahmad Al-Jallad searched, and searched to find a bank that would give me the best deal. He advised me on my credit, my monthly payments and ways to improve my credit. Overall the buying experience there with these three gentlemen was extremely pleasant and easy going. The next day I was already recommending Imperial Chevy to people at my work and to deal with these three key personnel.
