It was great and no pressure I wasn't really sure I was in the market for another car but was considering it if repair to current car was to be too expensive. Bringing my car in for a diagnosis it turned out that a new transmission switch was needed as well as a new hood latch so I decided to speak with Josh whom I spoke to before and asked what he could show me . I had previously looked at a 2018 Spark but liked my current 014 better. Any way very long story short I ended up getting the 2019. Ahmad the financial manager; who worked endlessly for over 3 hours to get me the best bank for my loan. I got to know him quite well during that time and simply loved every minute of the transaction. When all was said and done He said you are all set and I thought I would come back in a day or two to pick up my new car and he said no you can have it today! Like Really? Oh yes, it is all set and near your old car so you can transfer all your belongings. I then went into shock mode and couldn't believe it. All the way home, I was still in WHAT JUST HAPPENED mode. I am enjoying my new car Sally as I call her very much. More

Once again Imperial Chevrolet came through. I went to look at a use Camaro and try to get out of a lease I wasn’t happy with anymore. I had Josh Pepin as my salesperson, we looked at the Camaro and I knew I wanted it. Once it was our turn to speak with Ahmad Al-Jallad my day got even better. He went to work on the bank for me so I could be as close to my payment I wanted as could be, and he really pulled through. I had my whole family with me and they took my kids to get them a slice of pizza in the break room. This is why I have kept coming back for years. My first deal was in 1995 for a used Jeep Wrangler and 11 cars and 24 years later I am still a satisfied customer. More

Imperial Chevrolet is my dealership of choice! I had been searching for either a nice, low mileage used Chevy Silverado, or a new one. It came down to the numbers and if we could get a new vehicles I had been searching for either a nice, low mileage used Chevy Silverado, or a new one. It came down to the numbers and if we could get a new vehicles price down to where it made sense (to me) versus a used vehicle. Sam Santrisi was my salesman and he treated me kindly and with respect. I believe he got the price for a new vehicle, down into the price range that had me realizing, I could afford new (vs used). He did a great job with me and it was appreciated. Next, I had to talk financing and I was introduced to Ahmad Al-Jallad. He was curtious and honest with me and helped me make the decision to by new. I agreed with his recommendation of an extended warranty (10 yrs/150,000 mi) and he fought to get my loan down another .5%.
