My husband and I found the vehicle we wanted and are happy with our purchase overall. Looking back on our experience we both regret not speaking up about financing and some of the features of the vehicl happy with our purchase overall. Reflecting on our experience, we realize that it was really to rush us to make a decision and not take the proper time to show and explain each process to us. We originally came in with a preapproval thinking that that would make the process quicker. We were extremely wrong. Everything seem rush till they make you wait forever which I think is a tactical thing so that you’re just ready to get out of there and you will sign whatever even after signing we were not shown every feature of our vehicle and are still trying to figure some of it out. We love the car, but wish we had a different experience overall. I recommend working with someone who truly really cares about getting you the best vehicle that fits you and making you feel comfortable unfortunately, we did not have that experience. More
