Car shopping is usually one of my least favourite activities, but Raza made the experience at Capital GMC painless. We had been to several other dealers that day where it the experience was less than activities, but Raza made the experience at Capital GMC painless. We had been to several other dealers that day where it the experience was less than ideal, we happened to drive by Capital and turned around and stopped in. Raza greeted us right away and was happy to show us several vehicles before finding the perfect one for us. Raza and the rest of the staff were inviting and it felt like they truly wanted to find the best deal for us. Raza will definitely be the first call the next time I am in the market for a vehicle! I would have liked to have the original window sticker, maybe I have trust issues but it’s still important to me. The protection package was explained to me but not broken down, no mention of warranty or maybe I have trust issues but it’s still important to me. As soon as I walked into the dealership Raza greeted me with a smile and swept me off my feet. He asked very open questions about what exactly was important to me and took notes to make sure he stayed on t with a smile and swept me off my feet. The vehicle I was coming for originally had been sold but he went through many options with me until we found the vehicle that fit my needs.
