Horrible. They’ll call you 15 times a day with the same info without getting any insight into your life or trying to figure out where you’re coming from. I went to go pick up my car after an inspection came back clean— it didn’t start in the parking lot. I notified them, and they refused to acknowledge that it was not delivered in working condition. It was later proven by my mechanic that they had sold me an unsafe vehicle that accelerates at random. There is no accountability, no good will. You’ll be gaslit by the salespeople and their managers with statements like, “we’ve worked here 40 years and done 40 million in honest sales.” What they really mean is they’ve spent 40 years ripping hard working people off. More

Sold me a lemon. Reported it the next day, they told me they'd pay for mechanic diagnosis, then just never answer the phone. Dont trust them, very used car salesman. During the sale we had a written deal, which they later increased. Now I'm thousands of dollar in the hole cause of their incompetence and immoral business practices. More

Both the sales person and manager were dishonest. They didn't return calls. They added "bank fees" in the thousands to the base price. When I went in to have my paperwork corrected and the loan redin They didn't return calls. They added "bank fees" in the thousands to the base price. When I went in to have my paperwork corrected and the loan redine, they blatantly lied to my face. They asked ME, THE CUSTOMER, to prove the advertised sale price because "they couldn't find it." Within ten minutes of leaving, they miraculously found the price and asked me to come back in to redo the deal. I will never recommend them or get a car from them again. I reported them to to the Better Business Bureau. More

This dealership let me return a $16,000 Mitsubishi that I bought from them and instead I got a $12,800 Audi and they refunded me the difference, the Audi needed a new battery, new spark plugs, all new fuel i bought from them and instead I got a $12,800 Audi and they refunded me the difference, the Audi needed a new battery, new spark plugs, all new fuel injectors within the first week and the dealership denied to pay the around $3,200 that it cost to replace the injectors More
