We had a few ‘mean’ sales folks at other dealerships and were very confused and disappointed by that approach. Then my daughter found the right car there in Waynesville 7-8 hours away. Everyone was super nice and accommodated our schedules and distances. It’s true that ‘hate does not make us great’! Called about a jeep that they had on the lot with no success buying. They gave me a take it or leave it price and did not care to negotiate with me.
