I had a great experience purchasing my F150 from Riata Ford. Michael Jackson, my sales repetitive was kind and patient helping me select my truck. We were referred to the manager of this dealership. We walked in to order a vehicle that we were told would possibly get a discount when it came in. Manager handed us over to Ajay who took our order. 5 walked in to order a vehicle that we were told would possibly get a discount when it came in. When it came in, no discount, didn't go with us on the test drive, and when I asked him to explain what was different than my current truck, he said other than a bigger screen, he didn't know, I would have to read the owners manual. Handed me the keys and said thanks. They were happy to take our full msrp, but couldn't be bothered to actually give customer service once they got our money. More
