HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !! Was working a deal over the phone, and salesperson, Asia said it was the financing was being finalized and set an appointment for me to come pick t !! Was working a deal over the phone, and salesperson, Asia said it was the financing was being finalized and set an appointment for me to come pick the car up. (We are over 800 credit) Thirty minutes later, Asia texted me and said the car was now unavailable, they had just sold it out from under me. I had offered a deposit earlier in the day, but Asia did not believe it was necessary. I would have already taken delivery of the car, but I was ghosted by Asia, she did not reply to my messages, then the following day she responded like nothing had even happened. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he apologized and told me Asia was a new employee, and he would train her better… still didn’t fix the issue- DO NOT BUY FROM OAKES! More
