Update: Got Ford Corporate Involved, still refused to fix the A Pillar. Their tech told the manager it needs a new part, their manager said that the part and the condition is still acceptable. They lied to me saying that their store policy to return down payment on vehicles was 21 business days. That is a lie. Under california law dealers are supposed to return the downpayment on a vehicle immediately!!! STAY AWAY. --- Do NOT buy a vehicle from this location. They run credit multiple times and a vehicle that passed "CPO" inspection is in this quality. Management refuses to work with me and tells me to "just return it" and refuses to fix the vehicle to "CPO" standards. Will be escalating this to Ford Corporate. Do NOT buy from this dealership. They lie, avoid responsibility, and do not care about the customer. They also tried to add dealer add-ons to my contract. Talk about being shady. Through my experience purchasing 5 cars in my life I've never experienced this type of incompetence and unprofessionalism. First step to resolving conflict is admitting your faults.
