I emailed Gregg on a Thursday nite inquiring about a car. I thought about it the following day (and discussed it with my husband) and he said "call them". It was Friday at 18:45. Rob answered the phone and actually called me back after the dealership closed to let me know about the car I was interersted in. The following day I received a call from Al... and it just fell into place from there. I am from Michigan and flew out to pick the car up. Al met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership to finish the paper work and receive my car. Honestly, other then Fedexing some paperwork I did not have to do a thing. The dealership took care of everything. I am so glad I purchased my car from Honda Cars of Boston. I would definitely recommend the dealership and will most definitely consider them again when I purchase my next vechile (and I usually purchase a new car every two to three years!!). More

I spent 10 days looking for a competive pricefor a 2010 pilot. They provided an excellent price, and gave me what I considered to be a very fair market price for my trade.More importantly, they never press pilot. I have bought more than 8 cars since 1998. i previously owned 2 hondas. Its great to be back. my salesman Al V was incredible. he went out of his way to have a white touring model built and shipped for my wife because she wanted taffeta white and there wasnt any. He was very easy going, friendly, and bent over backwards to get her exactly what she wanted. i have never been treated so well. times are tough I know, but these people are very genuine. The whole purchasing experience took about an hour. And hats off to John Mancini who processed our financing. he gave us a very manageable payment, and was extremely friendly. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Customer Service these days is just not a priority any more in the world. but it sure is alive and kicking in everett, Mass. honda Cars Of Boston provided and excellent honda product that is safe, efficient,and reliable. I truly feel like two years from now I will be able to sit down and have coffee with everyone from the manager (Rob), my salesman (Al), or even John my finance guy. Just truly genuine people, who really care about people who spend their hard earned money. I can't begin to give enough praise to this dealership. Al Veilleux was so professional and pleasant and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. He made sure the car was spotless, got my license plates and even provided the inspection sticker. A new car and no trip to the RMV..how good it that. I also left with a full tank of gas. I pretty much smiled the whole way home. It was definitely worth the trip from Methuen. I highly recommend and have already recommended this dealership and Al Veilleux for a great car buying/leasing experience. More

I can only say the reason why I am able to recommend this dealer is their total value they bring to the table. I am am sure there are plenty of people that would not want to deal with car salesmen. I can only tell them to go to Honda Cars of Boston and then try to tell me you were disappointed, not possible. Not only for my sale but I tend to watch other people as I am sitting and talking to my sales person. I could not see anyone else in the showroom that was not smiling or laughing. The dealership is far above anyone I have dealt with in the past. I have at the age of 48 bought many new cars and never have I been this impressed. I may be a small cog in the dealership wheel of selling new cars for HCB but it did not matter to you folks that it was 1 new car, I was treated like it was a 100. Thank you for your diligent efforts and time I am looking forward to seeing you all when I return for all of my service. Bobby More

I was looking for a specific Honda Odyssey in a specific color. Although Rob via e-mail did not have this color, he was smart and told me that he would locate it for me. I had spoken to other dealerships color. Although Rob via e-mail did not have this color, he was smart and told me that he would locate it for me. I had spoken to other dealerships and although they were willing to meet my price, they were not willing to go find me the car that I wanted. There was no haggling about the price, the financing was easy and Al was an easy going but informative salesperson. The entire process was smooth and relatively quick. I would definitely go back there again. More

Al and Rob both worked hard to get me in the right vehicle at a great price. Al also took the time to show me all the features and how to use them, even after I took the car home. These guys were over the top helpful and great with which to deal. We purchased the car via phone and email from CA. Al dropped the car off for my fiance` at her hotel the day she arrived in town. The entire process was informative, friendly and no haggle - but that is because their pricing is VERY competitive. We shipped around the entire country for the best deal for us and ended-up right in the town we needed it to be to save on shipping costs, as we moved from CA to Boston this week. I will recommened Honda Cars of Boston to all that are looking for a Honda, regardless of their location. More

Honda Cars of Boston was a great experience! I was contacted through cars.com and I have to say that our experience was excellent from the very first contact. We dealth with Rob exclusively through email in discussing our options and negotiating a price. I felt that Rob really knew how the industry works and would be honest with me almost to a fault (even telling me that if another dealership gave me an offer a certain price to take that offer over Honda Cars of Boston). He also assisted me in researching a good and fair price, and so when we finally went down to the office, we had the price all set up, no haggling or further negotiating. Al was very knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey we bought and spent a lot of time going over all the features. When it came time to actually settle on the price, he honored our agreement and didn't haggle or try to negotiate further. I couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Honda Cars of Boston to family and friends and anyone purchasing a Honda! More

This is the second time I bought a car from Honda Cars of Boston, and both have been excellent experiences. I moved to Boston last year, and knew no one in the area, but was very comfortable in the online ca Boston, and both have been excellent experiences. I moved to Boston last year, and knew no one in the area, but was very comfortable in the online car buying process, ever since I bought my first car online back in 1999. I did a thorough search, and immediately found that Honda Cars of Boston had the best website in terms of web-page design, ease-of-use, and had the most extensive stock information. This kind of transparency told me that this was the real deal. I found the car that I liked and arranged a test drive. In a way I like to think that I'm a savvy buyer, especially when the car that I was planning to see was already sold by the time I got to there. It happened not once, but twice! The fact that I kept coming back for the third time showed the quality of the people at Honda Cars, especially Rob. They treated me with respect, apologized for the inconvenience, and went above and beyond what's expected to get me a better deal. It's not entirely their fault, because I couldn't come the same day I found the cars, and the ones I chose were already a very good deal that someone else would've snapped them up immediately. Anyway the third time was the charm, because Rob found a 5-month Civic Coupe with 1,600 miles for $4,000 less than its new MSRP price. But of course that wasn't the price I paid because we negotiated some more ;) Long story short, I enjoyed my used Civic Coupe very much until I got an email a few weeks ago asking if I'm interested in trading my car at 120% of kbb price. I wasn't planning on getting a new car, but this was a deal that's just to sweet to pass. It was a pleasant experience coming back to the dealer, and met Rob, Mike, Al, and Malcolm again. As usual the whole experience was painless, and I found a new Civix LX that I really liked. Did I walk away that day with the new car? Nope. I went home empty handed because we couldn't agree on the price. But that's not the end of the story. Rob called me a few days later, we negotiated a bit more, and finally agreed on a price. I thought they were very friendly, treated me with respect, and the price was fair. And most importantly, all through the process I feel that they were being honest. With all the information that's available on the internet, incl. the base price that Honda 'sells' to their dealers, you know a mile away if someone is being less than truthful to you. So here's my two thumbs up for Rob and his team at Honda Cars of Boston! More
