Alan made the experience top-notch from start to finish. From our first conversation, he told me he works for me, which, as a woman, made me feel comfortable right away. He assured me he'd fight for what I wanted, and I truly appreciated that. Alan was respectful, upfront, and honest throughout the whole process. I mentioned to him that I didn't want to spend too much time at the dealership since I had a busy weekend. I told him what vehicle I was interested in before my appointment, and he had it ready and waiting for a test drive when I arrived. I also gave him all my finance details upfront, so he knew exactly what I needed to make the purchase. We worked together as a team to secure the best deal possible. Alan kept things lighthearted and funny, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, I can't express how great this experience was. Dealing with Ed Martin Nissan Fishers was the best experience buying a car that I've ever had in my 60 years! I felt like I was family. When I spoke to Alan on the phone and told him what I was looking for, he immediately went out to find the car, took a video of it and sent it to me. He was never pushy and was able to answer all of my questions. We quickly came to an agreement on price as he gave me a good and fair deal right away. Alan took time to come in on his day off to finalize everything. He had the car looking immaculate, including the tires shined and a full tank of gas. Alan went through and showed me everything I needed to know about the car and was very patient with me when I asked him to show me again. He has been very sincere in letting me know to contact him if/when I have any questions. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I feel like I've made new friends.
