Alan Dolavani was very kind, patient, and helpful, and I found him to be very honest. Alan worked hard to help me get what I was looking for in a pre-certified used car. Since I live out of state in Michiga found him to be very honest. Alan worked hard to help me get what I was looking for in a pre-certified used car. Since I live out of state in Michigan (a 4 1/2 hr drive away) and had never purchased a pre-owned car site unseen before I was nervous. Alan did a live video with me, showing me the inside and outside of the car and was willing to show me every detail of the car. Alan made himself available to me throughout this process to answer my never ending questions and gave me reassurance when I needed it. I found their car prices to be very reasonable (and I looked a long time before finding this car). Also I was given a fair price on my old car as a trade-in (they trusted me without even seeing it). Then the dealership had one of their kind employees drive the car I purchased the 4 and 1/2 hrs to my driveway. He then turned around and drove my previous car (as a trade-in) the 4 and 1/2 hrs back that same day! I would highly recommend Alan, and Ed Martin of Fishers Nissan Dealership to my friends and family without hesitation or doubt. More
