Upon setting foot into their shop I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Alex was the salesman who helped me find my way to the car of my dreams. His demeanor was relaxed and his charisma was more of a friend than simply pushing cars out the door. In addition, I also had the pleasure of working with Eddie Castillo. Eddie was able to set me up with a loan that worked for me. He was patient and nice enough to take the time to help me understand the details of the contract. At no point did he or Alex make me feel pressured into buying a car. The Cadillac brand was enough to make me walk through the doors, but the Pine Belt employees are what made me feel like family. Lastly and most Importantly their quick response to an online inquiry (from Alana and Eddie) also played a huge part in my experience. I can't say enough for the honesty, attention to detail, trustworthiness and overall quality of the dealership and their staff. If you are shopping for a car THIS is the place to go! More

They worked with us and our budget and didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want or wasn't ready to do! I picked out the car I wanted and they made sure I was approved for a loan and didn't discourage me or try and sway me to get a different vehicle.The process after was so smooth and easy and after over a year of sharing a car with my Husband, I am the proud owner of a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder!!!
