Albert took care of the sales portion with professionalism and courtesy as well as Patrick in Finance. The problem that I have is with the service department. We had corrosion warranty work done in Winter Haven Dodge recently because Cape Coral Dodge does not have a body shop. Well, the door seal on the drivers side did not line up after the door hinge replacement, so it leaked...badly. When I wanted to get this taken care of, I was told that I would have to either take it back to Winter Haven Dodge , which I am, or pay for the seal replacement and labor myself. Cape Coral Dodge wouldn't even talk to Winter Haven Dodge about splitting the cost. I was also told, by Lisa, that the vehicle would be kept indoors in case of rain so it would not get wet inside. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up it was sitting outside after it had just poured. Needless to say it was soaked inside. Not impressed with the service given in that department. Hard to recommend Cape Coral Dodge after that. More
