We had seen Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai ads on TV and they presented well. Still we were in no hurry because we just didn't want to go through the car-buying experience any sooner than necessary. Realizing at well over 200,000 miles we were at risk every time we wanted to take a long trip we asked our mechanic who enthusiastically told us of 2 customers who had been very pleased with Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai. Since we trusted and valued his opinion we decided to bite the bullet and make a visit. Chris King found us on the lot looking at Hyundais and we began a pleasant experience of exploring a different way of car-shopping than we had previously experienced over the years. We never felt pressure and in fact Chris seemed eager to listen to our ideas and concerns without hurry. The end result of that visit was that we were ready to make a decision, but were scheduled to make a trip to S. Carolina only 4 days later, so told Chris that we would get back with him in 3 weeks and make our purchase. He did not begin a storm of pressure and simply said that would be fine and he would look forward to helping us at that time. 3 weeks later we went back and a few short hours later we were driving off the lot in our new 2018 Sante Fe Sport. Before that, however we had a meeting with Albert Marquez who presented us with warranty options. We had determined that prior to going in that day we would not be buying any such option, however, without pressure and simply a clear presentation of the program, Darlene and I agreed that the program sounded just as it would if we could design our own. Bottom line is that we now have a great new car with a terrific 125,000 extended warranty program that is perfect for people our age who don't want to be burdened with car problems. All this came through the auspices of Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai and we would recommend them to anyone. The Fitz way turned out to be our way. More

I had already gone to a few other Hyundai dealerships within the last month but it wasn't until I met the Fitz Team that I decided to make it official. I worked directly with Vadim "V" Naumov and I felt so comfortable with him immediately. He really took the time to listen to my concerns/questions and explained a few different options and packages that might work best for me. Out of all the Hyundai dealerships I visited, they had the best packages, best deals and gave me the most money for my trade in - Hands Down! Even the Service Dept had me in and out of there within 1 hour. The whole team really went that extra mile to make this deal happen. I highly recommend the Fitzgerald Hyundai dealership. He very patiently explained the buying/leasing options available and made sure we were able to get into the car we both decided we needed. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a wonderful addition to any organization that provides A+ customer service! Albert Marquez is amazingly quick and knows his job well. I wish I could say the same for the people responsible for detailing the car. We both noticed that the dash and other areas were not dusted or wiped down and we waited a very long time before we were able to go along our way. Anyway, we love our new car and we are both in awe of our experience and of Bruce! We will be doing business there again in the future! Thank you, Bruce! More

This was my first experience buying a car and I was very happy with not only the service but my sales-women(Leandra Barnard) was awesome. She was pleasant and it felt more like I was talking to an old friend. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy and when it came to signing my paperwork for my car I got what was promised. No fine print or hidden fees. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. Great customer service. More

These guys are upfront about everything about the vehicles they sell. No hidden fees, no shock treatment, no "let me ask my manager if we can do this that and the other", games. The price of the car is what you see, plus the dealer fee and TTL and what ever you want to add to it in extras, that's up to you. What else would you want, they have the best prices in comparison to other dealership anywhere. David and Albert were awesome, I'd recommend this place to anyone that wants to buy a Pre-owned vehicle. They treat a pre-owned car that same as a new, making sure you leave with a great product, so for me any dealer that takes pride in its product and is honest with their customer is good business. More
