Taylor did a great job getting me into my car! my husband, I and our 3 kids went in to see if we could get a 2nd family sized suv. She foud us the perfect 3 row suv! We were there all day because my husband, I and our 3 kids went in to see if we could get a 2nd family sized suv. She foud us the perfect 3 row suv! We were there all day because I am extremely picky. Taylor stayed patient with us and was helpful and polite the entire time. She even had games and snacks for the kids at her desk which helped so much when thier tablets died. Although I would not recommend the dealership due to all the issues finding keys or cars. or cars not working when going to look at them. I Do recommend Taylor! Her Manger AL also helped us out when issues came up and he did a great job turning our experience around. Thank you Taylor for your patience and understanding! More

Not respectful of customers' time. I love how easy Jenkins makes it. I call and can get a firm price on a vehicle without them putting me off or going back-and-forth with a manager. Then I tell them I want it and they I call and can get a firm price on a vehicle without them putting me off or going back-and-forth with a manager. Then I tell them I want it and they deliver it to my house and allow me to sign the paperwork at my dining room table. I have done this multiple times now. It does not get any easier than this! More
