Disappointed I agree with a few of the reviews on this site. Jenkins Nissan Lakeland advertises a mean game. However a lot of their employees have left and went elsewhere because of the dealership standards. The dealership has absolutely no CUSTOMER LOYALTY. Most dealerships welcome back their customers. This dealership could care less. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and have recommended it to countless people at least 10 I can think of off the top of my head. I am in the market for a new vehicle and love the Nissan brand. I completed an inquiry via internet sales and got the terrible service of Internet Sales Manager Albert Miller. First he doesn't read an email effectively. They had a sale on a new vehicle with MSRP 28000.00. Internet price was 21490.00. I asked for his best price out the door. Since I have sold cars in the past I provided all the information he would need to give me this price. After several emails back and forth answering his questions that were all in the first email, he comes back with an out the door price of 24,500.00. He adds that since I am in a certain profession and a military veteran I might receive additional incentives. NO Crap. I had told him all this in the beginning. Doing quick math i came up with less than 23, 900.00. The difference is obvious commission. I recommend visiting Reed Nissan in Orlando. I will not recommend Jenkins ever again simply because of their lack or care for their past customers. Im very disappointed with this dealership. You see why they lost the number 1 rated Nissan dealership in the nation. More

Customer Loyalty? When I came in 2-15-19 to purchase the car I informed Al Miller I was en-route and to have the car prepped and ready to go. When we arrived the car was still at the offsite location and was waiting for it to be delivered. Therefore the car didn't get detailed and it didn't have a full tank of gas it was more like 5/8 tank. The car still had the plastic glue residue from the white plastic cover on it. Also the car had leaves in the trunk. Other than that it has been good. This was our forth car we purchased from your dealership. I cannot believe that this type of treatment would come to repeat customers. It just goes to show you are more about money than loyalty. Also it is hard to believe nobody has reached out to me about this either. More
