What impressed me most was Albert's commitment to making sure I was happy, not just making a sale. He went far above and beyond what was required, showing genuine care, patience (even when I wasn't), and professionalism every step of the way. Whenever I had a concern (I had a bunch) or needed additional information, Albert was quick to respond and always willing to help. His attention to detail and dedication made what could have been an extra stressful experience a lot smoother. It's rare to find someone who combines exceptional customer service with such integrity and honesty. Albert had my best interests in mind. He worked hard to ensure that everything met my expectations ...they can be extremely high, ok VERY high... and then exceeded them! We had some 'cosmetic' issues that raised a few red flags for me and had me questioning a my decision. Albert went out of his way to get those resolved. By the end of the process, we were sharing a few laughs, my stresses removed and all turned into a genuinely pleasant experience. We have a rule already in place for my next vehicle. LOL His outstanding service, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.
