Albert is amazing. I didn't have the best experience with D&M but Albert was the best part. He returned every call, email and text, and worked hard on my behalf. When I started the lease there, I had issues with my rep not returning my calls so I complained to where they gave me another rep that was great. I had a great personal rapport with her. My issue with her happened because my new vehicle was supposed to be a purchase but it was still setup like a lease but financed over 5 years. At the end of the 5 years I still owed over half the amount and had to refinance the rest of my vehicle for another 5 years. I wanted to do a finance purchase option instead of a lease but was referred to another rep who didn't return my calls and set up the remainder as a purchase. However, it works like a lease in that it doesn't matter how much I pay extra towards it. I wanted to be out from underneath the note so I paid it off, including the early termination fee. More

So where do I even begin? I did what most people do and began researching on my own, and that’s when I came across D&M Leasing. In Aug 2025 I submitted my interest on the website for a vehicle. Shortly after, I received a call from Albert Woods, and from that very first conversation all the way to the finish line, he was absolutely amazing. Albert was incredibly patient, answered what felt like a million questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He truly gave me the time and space I needed to think things through, which meant more to me than he probably knows. There was never an aggressive sales push, just honesty, guidance, and genuine care. A month later, I called him again with even more questions, and once again, that same patience and professionalism was there. Then 3 months after that, around December 3rd, I reached out yet again with additional questions. Each time, Albert showed up consistently, calmly walking me through the process and making sure I fully understood every step. We officially sealed the deal on December 31st—right before the New Year—and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the year. Albert showed me so much grace and took the time to break everything down, ensuring I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. I am beyond grateful and so happy to now be driving my beautiful 2025 Nissan Sentra, all thanks to Mr. Woods. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly excited to continue this relationship moving forward, as leasing will be my go-to process from here on out.
