Second miserable experience with service. Waited 30 minutes to get a loaner and when I got my car back, the vehicle pulled extremely hard to the right. Was told they rotated tires but did not align them. I brought the vehicle back two days later to address the alignment. When I received the vehicle back it was doing the same thing; I do not believe the vehicle was touched. I called service and advised I would not be paying for this service and took my vehicle elsewhere. They did credit the charge. More
