I was extremely impressed with this dealership. I have owned Hondas all my life and have visited many dealerships on Long Island, and two in Florida. This one is by far the best! From the first call to make the appointment with until the end of my visit, everything was excellent. Mr. Escobar was both knowledgeable and honest. He went above, and beyond to explain the questions I had. The video was the absolute best! The technician who recorded it did a great job explaining what he was doing and gave advice for what may be necessary in the future. The sticker that was placed on the vehicle, which normally only displays the oil life, showed the brake life as well! Their attention to detail is phenomenal. It’s unfortunate that we are taking this car back to New York next year, but we plan on bringing it in one last time prior to going back to have the brakes done. All dealerships should provide this type of service! Well done Honda of Sarasota More
