I had done my research online and was coming into Mastrovito only to test drive. Hans greeted me warmly and got me in the Tuscon. Also felt rather rushed - $35K is alot of money to me and the pick up/finance 30 minute appointment was a blur - odd I'm sure but I could have done with a slower checkout - very rushed but sale and finance employees were obviously knowledgeable and answered all questions which I appreciated.
