Worst service dept I’ve ever dealt with. Out of my first 6 months of leasing my EV6 GT, I was Out of it for 2 full months. Between gas on the loaner car, which is absurd considering I drive Out of my first 6 months of leasing my EV6 GT, I was Out of it for 2 full months. Between gas on the loaner car, which is absurd considering I drive electric, & my lease payment, I am out over $2,000, & no one in that place of business seems to give a xxxx. I regret leaving Porsche, bc I of the service alone. I love my car, I loathe the dealership. I was Lied to no less than 5 times, in writing, by ppl in the service dept. I was Promised phone calls by several ppl in decision making positions to remedy the situation, & I got Crickets. I chose Findlay bc of the service ratings, I deeply regret not going to Towbin Kia, or sticking w Porsche. I’m also still owed repairs on the car from damage to my paint job from them changing out my bad molding, & replace a window trim that I received Damaged during purchase, & I was Told on a Friday, “I’ll call you Monday & get everything squared away.” It’s now been a month & counting… More
